The Wharfedale Trail Half Marathon Saturday 4th June 2022.
The Wharfedale Trail Half Marathon is a 13.2 mile trail race flagged throughout the entire course. It affords participants and their families the opportunity to enjoy a great day out in some of Wharfedale's finest scenery with over 2,000 feet of ascents the route follows well established footpaths, including the Dalesway and Mastiles Lane and for those with time to take in the fabulous scenery the views from Scott Gate, Mastiles and Boss Moor are quite breathtaking.
Over £900 in Prizes including course record £200 female and £300 male (the course record prize increases from £100 each year to a maximum of £300, if the prize is won the prize drops back down), plus a Wharfedale Trail Half Marathon "Neck Buff" and a chance to win some fantastic Spot Prizes.
This event is organised to raise funds on behalf
of Wharfedale RUFC a community rugby club and a member of the
RFU National League 2 North and is used to improve facilities
for both rugby and non-rugby users of the Clubhouse. The Rugby Club provides the facilities for free on the the day and all the organisation, facilities and marshals on the day are all voluntary.
